ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The following information might be helpful in planning your special event:

All of our Fountains can serve an unlimited number of guests by adding more chocolate throughout the event, but our initial package is determined by the number of guests stipulated and fountain size at the time of signing the contract. Our normal shows run for two hours but can be extended for longer hours determined at the signing of the contract.

Our Chocolate Fountains are food grade standard stainless steel. There are 19”, 23", 27”, 35”, and 44" fountains available. The total weight is approximately 100 lbs when full, so a sturdy table is a must!

We will arrive at your event approximately 1 hour prior to the starting time listed on your contract. We take care of setting up the fountain;

 
 

The chocolate will be melted and flowing when your party schedule requires it to be. The fountain will be running and available for your guests for 2 full hours. We'll take care of all the details of cleanup and taking down the fountain after your event. The set up and tear down is on our own time and is not deducted from your 2 hours

Our attendants will be on duty to run the machine, explain it and assist guests for a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

For occasions where a longer time and/or higher quantity is needed, such as trade shows or other events, additional charges will apply. Ask about our special rates for all day events.

A sturdy table and electrical requirements as follows are required. We'll need 1-100 volt electrical outlet close by for plugging in the unit and accessories, preferably within 3 meters. An extra tablecloth is a good idea, since sometimes the chocolate will spill.

The Chocolate Fountain will be the center of attention on your table. It can be surrounded with Strawberries, Marshmallows, Dried Mango, Dried Apricots, Dried Cranberries and other fruits.

We will supply the dipping items with the exception of fresh strawberries or other fresh fruits which many venues prefer to supply in-house for sanitary considerations...

Where the fountain is placed is very important, too, so it won't be affected by air currents/drafts like heaters or air conditioning. The fountain is a tempering heating unit, as long as it's not in a draft, it will maintain its temperature so the chocolate will not harden.

To reserve the ChocoFantasy Chocolate Fountain for your event, you will need to sign a contract and make a JPY YI0,000 deposit. Be sure to book your event early.

Our rates include the Greater Yokohama area, but we will travel outside this. Travel fees may apply, accommodations for attendant/s and shipment of equipment may also apply if further than Tokyo.

Parking for our equipment van is required at all Show venues where it is used, at the clients expense...Close access to the venue is also desired due to heavy equipment that must be unloaded...

We only use the finest quality Couverature Chocolate.

We never reuse leftover chocolate from other rentals!

All our fountains are made of food standard stainless steel.
